Avocado and Macadamia Nut Dip
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado stoned and skinned
1/3 cup chopped roasted macadamia nuts
2 Tbsp lemon juice Salt, pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
DIRECTIONS
Mash avocado, lemon juice and sour cream with a fork. Add chilli
sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in Macadamia nuts. Chill until
ready to be served. Garnish with chilli flakes.
