Macadamia Nut Mash Chocolate Brownies
INGREDIENTS
250gr semi sweet chocolate
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups Macadamia mash
1/2 - 1 cup natural or roasted Macadamia nuts
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 160*C. Melt chocolate and butter gently over
low heat in heavy-bottomed saucepan. Take pan off the heat and add
sugar and vanilla. Let it cool a little. Beat the eggs into the pan
with the Mash and nuts. Pour into a 22cm square baking pan
and bake for 25-30 minutes, by which time the top will have set but
the mixture will still be gooey. Once cooler, cut carefully.
